leaderѕнιp

No one ever grows on their own we need mentors & need leaders to shape us. Christine Caine

Today’s topic is on leadership and I will discuss on how to develop on being a great leader and how you can be a leader whether you’re in school or in your church or in your work area. Ways to improve to be a great leader wherever you are in life.

I was a junior in high school when God showed me that he wanted to be to invest my time into leadership at the time I was attending and volunteering in my youth group so I was involved and I knew my senior year was coming up and after that I knew that I would no longer be attending no more but I felt like I didn’t want to leave my youth group. So I decided to stay and sign up as a leader I must say that it’s the best thing I have ever done. As a 22 spending Wednesday nights with youth students is so much fun to hang out with them and talk with them and laugh with them would be no other way I would want to spend my time.
Let’s talk on how you can become a leader and develop leadership skills. Ways that you can become a leader is by leading things if you feel like you have a calling go full force in it don’t let nothing hold you back. Being a leader can impact your life it will forever change you and ways that you can grow as a leader is by attending leadership conferences in your area, reading books/ articles with these things you will see growth in yourself.
Here are my ways that I keep improving on my leadership skills
