Serving add's value to others- Allen Kendrick
When you serve you add something that was not there before - Allen Kendrick

Serving will make a huge an impact in your life, you will see your life change and when you serve in one area than many other doors open. My serving started when I was in the 6th or 7th grade volunteered in the middle school ministry and doing the snack bar and then a few months passed then I was asked to do offering then checking students in, then moved on in helping in our high school ministry  then I was in college and I still wanted to continue serving so I signed up to be a leader in the high school ministry and currently continuing to serve in that area. But my serving is not just end in that area we launched our young adults program about 3 or 4 years ago and I started to attended then I found a new passion I was starting to get interested in social media and photography. Then at the time I was asked if I would like to run the social media pages and do photography for our high school and young adults and of course I said yes. Ever since I started photography I have been given so many other opportunities to do pictures at my church. I'm forever grateful  to have the opportunity to serve and do things that I'm passion about and be with people who inspire me to dig deeper in my passion and help me grow. I share this to show how God makes things possible and open doors for you and places you at the right time. With that being said serving has showed me many things and has had a major impact in my life. My desire is that you serve somewhere because serving is such a great feeling!

The generous man [is a source of blessing and] shall be prosperous and enriched, And he who waters will himself be watered [reaping the generosity he has sown].
Proverbs 11:35 (amp)

Do nothing from selfishness or empty conceit [through factional motives, or strife], but with [an attitude of] humility [being neither arrogant nor self-righteous], regard others as more important than yourselves. 4 Do not merely look out for your own personal interests, but also for the interests of others. 5 Have this same attitude in yourselves which was in Christ Jesus [look to Him as your example in selfless humility], 6 who, although He existed in the form and unchanging essence of God [as One with Him, possessing the fullness of all the divine attributes—the entire nature of deity], did not regard equality with God a thing to be grasped or asserted [as if He did not already possess it, or was afraid of losing it]; 7 but emptied Himself [without renouncing or diminishing His deity, but only temporarily giving up the outward expression of divine equality and His rightful dignity] by assuming the form of a bond-servant, and being made in the likeness of men [He became completely human but was without sin, being fully God and fully man].
Philippians 2:3-7 (amp)

Hope you enjoyed this and I encourage you to serve somewhere weather that’s at your church, school or in your community!
